Introductory Session

Tax & Financial Audits

As a Registered Enrolled Agent Phillip B. Chute is authorized to go before the IRS in tax audits and has done so hundreds of times. We have successfully concluded our seventh US Tax Court case this spring.

Phillip has had many 45 years of business experience and wrote a 1980s textbook "American Independent Business" used in multiple colleges on how to establish and maintain a business. He has also done hundreds of business returns over his 45-year career.

Complex Returns

In addition to multistate and business tax returns, we do many trust and estate tax returns and consultations. The types of trusts include living trusts, grantor trusts, simple trusts, and irrevocable trusts. Additionally, we do 1041 fiduciaries, estate fiduciaries, 706 estate, 709 gift, and related returns. We can do back tax returns of up to ten years, FBAR reports for foreign banks, and international tax returns.
